- An accepted quote gets typed in all over again as an order.
- You track invoice numbers yourself, and sometimes one goes missing.

How we built it for M&L Traders
At M&L Traders nobody types up an invoice. As soon as a delivery is confirmed or dispatched, the system raises the invoice itself, using the lines from the order. Invoices carry a fixed number and don't change after they're issued. The platform is built but not yet launched, so we don't quote results.
