WHAT WE BUILT
A student starts with a free trial account and a practice exam. After that comes online access or the classroom course: choose a start date, sign the agreement and pay in instalments. Teachers run lesson evenings with slides and live questions, answer questions at their own question desk and see who is falling behind. The platform itself generates invoices, agreements and the proof of participation as PDFs.

Classroom enrolment

Paying in instalments
Pay via the payment page. Instalments with reminders; if payments fall behind, the platform is paused until payment has been made.
Question desk
Students ask questions from within the lesson; teachers answer them at a single desk.
Referral programme
A discount for the person who refers someone and for the person who signs up. Referring yourself is not possible.
Emails
Drafted in the WRM Academy house style and recorded per student. Commercial emails only with consent, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
Trial period series
Eight emails in 21 days; the results email comes sooner after a practice exam

Documents
Every document is generated as a PDF by the platform itself and kept in protected storage. Invoices get a sequential number with no gaps.
